Must Try When in Boston

Do you remember last week when it was 70 F? I know with this rainy week I barely remember it too. Nevertheless it was a gorgeous day and I was up for an adventure. I went to Boston and walked around all day. It was super nice to be active after a long winter. I'm not gonna mention that at the end of the day I set on the wrong train and find out about it at the last stop, I had to go all the way back to Boston and start my trip again. With all of that I still can say that I had an awesome day.

I got out at Back Bay and stop at Jugos for a delicious Acai bowl. I wanted to try it for a long time and finally had a chance. An acai bowl is basically a thick smoothie with a toppings like fruits, oatmeal, peanut butter, chia seeds. I tried one with oatmeal, strawberries, banana and blueberries. It was a perfect breakfast for me.

For a lunch I went to Black Rose. My date doesn't like when I'm taking photos of food, so don't have a photo of my fish and chips, but trust me it was delicious. Highly recommend it if you will be in the area.

I was getting tired afternoon and needed to get caffeinated. I stopped at Ogawa Coffee and had a matcha latte. Matcha is finely ground powder of specially grown and processed green tea. One serving of matcha tea is the nutritional equivalent of ten cups of regularly brewed green tea. It known as cancer-fighter, calorie-burner and much more.  But with all of this healthy aspects I'm not sure if I will order it again. Lets just say it has an interesting taste and I dare you to try for yourself.

Of course we couldn't leave without going to Newbury street. I love that street, it has a fun city energy plus all the shops make me very happy. It was very hot so I stopped at Amorino for chelato. I am embarrassed to say that I never had one and boy was I missing a lot. It's so good! This was a perfect way to start my relationship with this amazing dessert, because I could taste a lot of different flavors. They make it look like a rose and each petal can be a different flavor. My favorite was tiramisu, hazelnut, and pistachio. Plus it comes on sugar cone.

On me:
Sweater - Forever21
Jeans - Zara
Converse - Chuck Taylor
Purse - Michael Kors

PS This are a few places in Boston that you have to try. Let me know if you like a post like this and I will do more of them.
