People who know me, know that I love to smile and laugh. In a school's beauty contest my title was ''Miss Smile'', so that should tell you a lot. The other fun fact about me is that I love to eat. When you receive your box, the first thing you have to do is to make your dental impressions. I thought it was super cool to have your custom fitted teeth whitening trayswithout going to a dentist office. I heard some people are scared to do it, but it was a piece of cake. You just mix the Base and Catalyst for 30 seconds, put it in the trays and then put it in your mouth. They send you a booklet with step by step instructions, but if you are wondering why are there three sets of Base and Catalyst, they include one extra set in case you mess up. How thoughtful of them!
After you receive your custom fitted teeth whitening trays the professional teeth whitening process begins. One thing I have to say is that you must be dedicated. You should spend between 1 hour to 3 hours every night ( I was doing it in the evening after I had dinner, following recommendations and my own preference), but the result will be worth it.
