Style Week NE

If you ever wanted to go to a fashion show, and see for yourself what is a hype about, just keep reading.  This September I had a pleasure to attend Style Week North East Season 13. It was a second time I visited their shows, and both times it was amazing. They have designers from all over of America, as well as local ones. Usually it's four days event, and they have three to four designers per night. You can decide yourself, how many you want to attend. I went to two days out of four, and of course I choose to see designers I was most interested in. If you are not in fashion industry and don't have connections don't get upset, you can just buy tickets, and the prices are reasonable. Fashion shows are two seasons ahead, so in February they will be showing collections for Fall/Winter 2018. It will be happening on February 21-24 and you can check all of the details closer to the date on their website: www.styleweeknortheast.com. To see photos from September shows follow them on Facebook.

My favorite collection from Season 13 was by Amy Stetkiewicz. Her metallic pants was very fashionable and accessories finished look perfectly.

The other collection I instantly fell in love with was by Alexandra Nam. Sadly she is no longer with us in this world, but she was very talented, and left a strong impact on fashion world.

Now let's talk about my outfit. This "Tyra" Lilac Lace Sleeveless Shift Dress is gorgeous, and was love from first sight. I like that its crochet and has cut outs on the side. It can be perfect for a wedding, cocktail party or graduation. I ordered it in size S, but I think M would fit me better, since I'm tall.
